Aleksandra Boniewicz

PhD of computer science since 2016 graduate at the Faculty of Mathematics, Informatics and
Mechanics of the University of Warsaw, graduate of the Faculty of Mathematics and Computer
Science at the Nicolaus Copernicus University, master’s degree in computer science in 2004.
Since 2004 I have been working at the University Information Center at the Nicolaus Copernicus
University. I also work with the Faculty of Mathematics and Computer Science of the Nicolaus
Copernicus University as an academic teacher and as a promoter of engineering works at full-time
and part-time studies.
The area of scientific interest includes relational and non-relational databases, computer forensics,
with particular emphasis on mobile devices.
I spend my free time riding a bike, running and playing the guitar. I spend a lot of time reading
detective books, but not only.
Experience gained in working with students and university staff, reading tons of books in the lead
role with Hercules Poirot or Sherlock Holmes, but also professional „forensics” literature allowed
me to spread my wings in the field of computer and mobile forensics. The effect of this work can be
found in the book „Investigative analysis of mobile devices” by the Helion publishing house.
