Nokia as a global leader in innovation and the latest technologies, recognize the value that women bring to the company at all levels. The conference Women of IT is one of the biggest event in the region since 2017, mainly addressed to the girls who are just entering the labour market, as well as women who are still looking for their passion and a new career path.

Convinced that diversity promotes innovation and creativity, and women love to work on new technologies, we would like to encourage you to develop your interests in the field of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics).

We do everything to convince women that the world of new technologies is available for everyone, and there is still too few women in IT. Together we can change it!
