Women of IT 2023

In 2023 we met for the 7^th time. The Conference took place in Bydgoszcz Holiday Inn Hotel Conference Hall and live on our YouTube Channel.

This edition was special as we introduced a new logo and organised the event in a new place, thanks to which the event had an exciting vibe.

There were:

– Over 300 attendees in the conference hall.
– Over 1200 of viewers on-line
– 19 extraordinary speakers
– 18 project team members

and our lovely city of Bydgoszcz in the background.

Some things remained same though: there were 4 panels during which our speakers presented motivational and technical speeches. There were women specialists from Nokia, local Universities and Mamo Pracuj. And something extra this year – exclusive f2f mentoring sessions with our panellists.

This year we managed to increase the number of seats by 50% to ensure places for every girl that is interested to find out more about working in IT and Telecom Industry. Again, we inspired, supported, and encouraged all women to join IT.
