Noora Ylijoutsijarvi

With 17 years of experience in various positions in Nokia Mobile Networks, Noora currently works as Chief of Staff and Head of Communications at Mobile Networks Radio Access Networks (RAN) R&D. Her responsibilities include overseeing the whole transformation landscape and governance ensuring right priorities, communications strategy & execution, people, culture and organization related development, and overall operational advisor for RAN R&D.

She has proven track record in leading global transformation programs and creating a culture of openness, where having fun at work is one of the cornerstones of success. She believes in the power of leading by example and is a big fan of positive leadership. One of her leading thoughts is keeping it simple, especially when times get tough. She is a strong supporter of diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) and shows her commitment by sponsorship and daily actions.

Noora holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business and strives for continuous learning. On her free time Noora enjoys playing tennis, downhill skiing, and taking long walks by the sea shore.
