Emma Cashmore

Emma is a recognized strategic global DEI leader, facilitator, and speaker with over 20 years of experience across various industries including tech, banking, energy/oil and gas, and management consultancy. She brings a wealth of experience in implementing DEI solutions, with a purpose-led approach to sustainable change that has driven equitable outcomes across different geographies and cultures.

Emma is particularly passionate about supporting women in tech and STEM fields, especially those in the early stages of their careers. She has been instrumental in creating programs and initiatives that encourage young women to pursue and thrive in these traditionally male-dominated industries.

Emma’s passion for DEI stems from a commitment to continuous learning and a desire to solve problems, underpinned by strong values and core beliefs around fairness, compassion, curiosity, and courage – hearing voices from different perspectives, and having the courage to voice the uncomfortable ‘truths’, an essential element of delivering progress on DEI.

Emma is a member of the CIPD, an alumnus of Wharton Exec Education, an Age Pioneer, Queenager and a Women’s Equality Party founding member.
