HR expert with psychological, managerial and performance studies background. Róża works with startups and growing tech companies, leading hrhints.io. Hires & develops people and makes founders & managers better in the people area. She is the winner of the HR Pearls competition and holder of the Recruiter of the Year 2018 title. She is the co-author of 6 psychological & management books and the author of 17 articles on HR and management. She is also the author of the first Polish online course about IT recruitment ”Skuteczny Rekruter IT” and the author of the podcast ”Ludzie z pracy”, the most human-oriented podcast about work. So far she has helped over 20 startups being organisations where people love to work and which founders are proud of.
