Kobiety IT 2020

This year the conference is going on-line and will be divided into two parts: a morning session conducted in Polish and English in the second part in the afternoon.
The first panel is for the girls who are considering their career path. In this part we will focus on recognizing your competences and its development. We are going to show you that IT is the right path for both the humanist and the scientist minds. We will talk about how to find yourself in the on-line world – how to learn, motivate yourself and increase your skills. We will dive into the topics of cybersecurity which is so important nowadays. The universities of the region will present their achievements during short and interesting technical lectures.

The afternoon panel is for the girls who want to delve a little bit more into the STEM world. All these lectures will be conducted in English. The speakers of this session work at NOKIA all over the world – in Canada, Dubai, the United States, Spain, Finland, Belgium, Hungary and Germany. They will inspire you by telling you about their career paths at NOKIA, how to become a leader and remain a woman, and about the competences of the future. We will also cover many technical topics such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, cyber security, data compression, data automation and digitalization, 5G and cloud technology.

The agenda is specially designed in such way that everyone can join the lectures of their choice, both from the morning and afternoon panels.
