Małgorzata Błasiak

Małgorzata Błasiak – a graduate of the Warsaw University of Technology, Faculty of Electronics and the MBA Program run by the Warsaw School of Economics, the University of Minnesota and the Carlson School of Economics.

For 25+ years, she has been closely associated with the telecommunications market in Europe in various positions with responsibility for sales, P&L, business management, strategy, leadership and people management. Since 2023, as Customer Team Head of DT Europe, I have been managing an international team responsible for cooperation with the Deutsche Telekom Group. I am also an active Coach and Mentor.

The combination of being under the pressure of achieving sales goals with the opportunity to work with people, customers, new products, business models always brings me great satisfaction. And in all this, the most important thing is the team – motivated, committed and ready for challenges!
