Head of Inclusion & Diversity at Nokia since November 2018.

Before stepping into my current role in Nokia People Organization, I worked for many years as Employee and Change Communications Director in Nokia. After transferring to HR, I explored the areas of leadership development and culture transformation.

Seeing diversified teams come together to ideate, cocreate and progress is my aim. I believe that bringing diverse people together with different characteristics and backgrounds, but also experience, expertise and cognitively diverse capabilities will make the world and Nokia stronger.

I work hard to create a more consciously inclusive culture at Nokia. I am happy to have the full commitment and support from Nokia’s CEO and President Pekka Lundmark and the Nokia Global Leadership Team. Nokia’s I&D vision is to make inclusion and diversity key differentiators for Nokia. The strategic pillars to reach the vision are: Increasing the inclusion experience, diversification of the workforce and making sure that Nokia’s customers, investors, and shareholders perceive Nokia as a sustainably responsible and inclusive employer.
